LILT is looking for a Voice Coach with native-level expertise in Dutch to provide real-time quality assurance and coaching for an AI training project. This role is central to ensuring the consistency and quality of recorded language data.
What You'll Do
- Act as a voice coach and language expert present during recording sessions, both in-studio and online.
- Provide ongoing attendance throughout the required recording hours.
- Act as ‘second ears’ to ensure consistent quality, stable rhythm and tempo, controlled pitch and amplitude, and correct diction and articulation.
- Reflect the agreed coaching structure in the project quote.
What We're Looking For
- Professional voice coach with specific expertise in language.
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch (Netherlands).
- Near-native level proficiency in English or fluency in another second language.
