What You'll Do
Guide ill or injured Canadian Armed Forces members through their transition to meaningful employment after release from service. You’ll design and manage individualized vocational rehabilitation plans, adjusting strategies as needs evolve. Your focus will be on creating practical, forward-looking pathways that align with each client’s abilities and goals.
Collaborate with medical providers, policy holders, and other stakeholders to coordinate care and communicate progress. You’ll deliver clear, empathetic updates, especially when addressing complex or sensitive topics. Travel within Alberta will be required to meet clients and partners in person, ensuring a grounded understanding of each situation.
Monitor and manage rehabilitation budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively while maintaining high-quality support. You’ll balance competing priorities, adapt to shifting caseloads, and maintain accurate documentation throughout each case lifecycle.
