vivenu GmbH is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Checkout team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and evolution of our core checkout platform.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable checkout services
Collaborate with product and other engineering teams to implement new features
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
Optimize performance and ensure system reliability
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions

What We're Looking For

Proven track record as a Senior Software Engineer building backend systems
Strong experience in designing and implementing distributed systems
Expertise in one or more modern programming languages
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures
Experience with API design, databases, and system-level troubleshooting
