About the Role

Lumin Digital is hiring a Product Trainer to develop and implement training programs for our digital banking platform. You will create educational content and deliver sessions to enable our internal teams and ensure product knowledge is effectively shared.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive product training programs
  • Create and maintain training materials, including guides, videos, and presentations
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Assess training effectiveness and iterate on content and delivery methods
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to stay current on platform features

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a product training, enablement, or technical education role
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear, effective training materials and curricula
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both live and recorded sessions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

Work Mode

This role is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhere within the United States.
