Proper is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our People Operations – Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Mexico where you will focus on identifying and engaging top talent for the company.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates for active and future roles.
- Proactively source candidates using various channels and tools.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Engage and nurture relationships with potential candidates.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar proactive recruiting role.
- Strong research and sourcing skills across multiple platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, full-time environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Work Mode
This is a remote, full-time position operating in a local-country model. You must be located and legally authorized to work in Mexico.
