Qualdoc is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter to join our staffing team. You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, identifying and attracting top talent to meet our staffing needs.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using various sourcing strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job descriptions
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and culture fit
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter, preferably within a staffing agency
- Demonstrated ability to source high-quality candidates using diverse channels
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, interview techniques, and employment law
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
