Responsibilities
- Develop a service for managing virtual machine lifecycles using libvirt, including creation, startup, shutdown, snapshots, and deletion
- Provide a well-defined API for internal tools and services to interact with virtualization functionality
- Design and deploy multi-node virtual network configurations involving bridges, VLANs, and virtio-net devices
- Take full ownership of the component, covering architecture, coding, testing, monitoring, and documentation
- Work closely with related teams to ensure smooth integration and validate end-to-end system behavior
