About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Promote awareness of specialty therapies for rare conditions via virtual platforms
  • Engage healthcare professionals through scheduled digital meetings
  • Deliver clinical and product information to prescribers and care teams
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and plan follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on market access strategies
  • Attend virtual advisory boards and medical education events
  • Respond to inquiries about dosing, safety, and patient support resources
  • Identify key stakeholders in rare disease treatment centers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic guidelines and clinical data
  • Adhere to compliance protocols for promotional communications
  • Coordinate with reimbursement specialists to support patient access
  • Track and report field activity metrics regularly
  • Participate in ongoing training on product and disease state updates
  • Support launch initiatives for new pipeline therapies
  • Conduct virtual presentations to multidisciplinary care teams
  • Monitor competitive landscape and share insights with marketing
  • Ensure all promotional materials are used appropriately
  • Follow up on leads generated through virtual engagement
