- Collaborate with internal teams to align on market access strategies
- Attend virtual advisory boards and medical education events
- Respond to inquiries about dosing, safety, and patient support resources
- Identify key stakeholders in rare disease treatment centers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic guidelines and clinical data
- Adhere to compliance protocols for promotional communications
- Coordinate with reimbursement specialists to support patient access
- Track and report field activity metrics regularly
- Participate in ongoing training on product and disease state updates
- Support launch initiatives for new pipeline therapies
- Conduct virtual presentations to multidisciplinary care teams
- Monitor competitive landscape and share insights with marketing
- Ensure all promotional materials are used appropriately
- Follow up on leads generated through virtual engagement
- Maintain accurate call planning and territory forecasts
