Position Overview: We are seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to promote CARDAMYST, a first-in-class cardiology therapy, through virtual outreach to healthcare professionals. Working remotely, you will engage providers via teleconference and phone, delivering key messaging and supporting broader sales initiatives in coordination with field-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve in-depth mastery of the product, disease state, and clinical data to effectively communicate value in virtual settings.
- Deliver tailored, compliant sales messages that align with field strategy and respond to provider engagement cues.
- Meet performance benchmarks for call volume, interaction quality, and sales outcomes as defined by the client.
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM, including follow-ups, interest levels, and material requests.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with field representatives to ensure unified outreach to shared accounts.
- Collaborate regularly with Regional Sales Managers and field counterparts to align scheduling, messaging, and engagement tactics.
- Share timely insights on customer sentiment, adoption trends, and opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Remain compliant with all regulatory, compliance, and industry guidelines, including PDMA standards.
- Operate independently from a home office while contributing to a coordinated, cross-functional sales model.
- Manage and grow an assigned virtual territory with accountability for measurable results.
- Complete assigned projects and additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with healthcare providers in virtual environments.
- Strong customer service orientation and polished sales presence.
- Capacity to master complex medical information, compliance protocols, and patient support programs.
- Experience navigating pharmacy and insurance systems to address provider and patient needs.
- Skilled at delivering compelling virtual presentations and educational content.
- Adaptability to manage diverse tasks such as triaging leads, increasing outreach frequency, and supporting large or specialized territories.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong team alignment.
