About the Role

The Virtual-Remote Engagement Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Inside Sales Representative) at Amplity will drive sales and revenue for assigned pharmaceutical products by building relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding customer needs, and aligning solutions. This is a fully remote, virtual inside sales role requiring strong communication, product knowledge, and account management skills to support biopharma clients through strategic engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities by engaging with healthcare professionals, and healthcare organizations.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with HCPs and with key decision-makers.
  • Provide approved information and about assigned products, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the assigned product (s) including features, benefits, and scientific data.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, conveying technical and clinical aspects of products in an understandable manner.
  • Utilize CRM tools to document and track sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.
  • Track progress against targets and highlighting potential opportunities or challenges.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams as appropriate to deliver seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in life sciences or related with proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • High learning agility
  • Self-starter able to successfully work independently and remotely
  • Proven sales success in a competitive market
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to work in multiple time zones as needed
  • Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training.

Bonus potential available. Base salary range: $75K–$78K.
