Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time and delayed patient consultations in compliance with state-specific telemedicine laws
- Deliver medical care through a proprietary electronic medical record system, including reviewing health histories, diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, and advising on lifestyle changes
- Adhere to clinical best practices and internal protocols for assessment, treatment planning, and recordkeeping
- Respond to patient inquiries about their treatment plans and deliver thorough, empathetic guidance
