Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to provide high-quality therapy services virtually to individuals and groups across Texas. You will guide clients through life's challenges using proven strategies to help them build insight and practical skills for everyday life.
What You'll Do
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups.
- Develop and update personalized treatment plans.
- Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused methods.
- Perform thorough assessments to inform care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers when integrated support is needed.
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with state and HIPAA standards.
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of therapy experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Comfortable working independently in a secure remote environment.

- Telehealth experience.

- Compensation: $100,000–$110,000
