Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Virtual Marketplace Analyst to support a U.S.-based e-commerce company's Amazon listing optimization team. This is a 100% remote position for professionals residing in Latin America (LATAM). The role focuses on research-intensive, process-driven competitor analysis and marketplace data accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Build comprehensive competitor sets for assigned SKUs using Helium 10 (Cerebro + Xray).
- Identify core search terms for complete competitor coverage and export data to Excel for consolidation.
- Review competitor listings to capture key attributes like variants, differentiators, and technical specifications.
- Use Keepa to record historical pricing trends, monthly sales data, seller type, and Buy Box history.
- Batch-run ASINs in Keepa to extract supporting data fields.
- Identify meaningful competitor variations not found in initial keyword pulls.
- Maintain structured research templates with consistent formatting and detailed notes.
- Flag missing, conflicting, or unclear marketplace data in research sheets.
- Provide regular updates on assigned SKUs and task progress.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing or analyzing e-commerce marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience using Helium 10 (Cerebro + Xray) and Keepa.
- Strong Excel skills for data consolidation, filtering, deduplication, and structured templates.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to follow standardized research workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Must reside in a Latin American (LATAM) country.
- Ability to submit a resume in English.
