Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations covering medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic testing
- Create individualized care plans tailored to each patient's health status and goals
- Recommend and oversee the use of nutraceuticals or medications, tracking outcomes and adjustments
- Work alongside healthcare team members to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care
- Educate patients on preventive health strategies and sustainable lifestyle improvements
- Keep detailed, current patient documentation using electronic health record systems
- Remain informed on emerging research, treatments, and clinical developments in functional, integrative, and lifestyle medicine
