Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Virtual Assistant-Social Media Manager to contribute to advanced research in AI and deep technology while managing the organization's social media presence. You will work with innovative teams on pioneering projects and communicate significant advancements to a broader audience.

What You'll Do

Manage and optimize the company’s presence across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Conduct research and assist in the development and prototyping of AI and deep tech innovations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies into practical applications.
Monitor industry trends and incorporate new findings into content and development activities.
Prepare research documentation and contribute to technical communication that makes complex ideas accessible.
Support creative content creation, including basic graphic design and video editing as needed.
Engage with online audiences to build brand awareness and foster community.
Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging continuous learning and problem-solving within the team.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in AI, machine learning, or related deep technology domains through projects, research, or employment.
Familiarity with social media platforms, their algorithms, posting guidelines, and best practices.
Programming skills in full stack web development, UI/UX design, Python, C++, or similar languages.
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch and data science tools.
Strong problem-solving ability, creativity, and passion for innovation.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams.

Nice to Have

Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) preferred.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are advantageous.
