Braze was looking for a Virtual Assistant – Sales & Lead Generation Specialist

Braze is looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant – Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth and support our talent acquisition efforts. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills to generate new opportunities and manage pipelines.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify ideal customer profiles and key decision-makers.
  • Execute personalized cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and manage the initial sales pipeline stages.
  • Schedule and confirm discovery calls and initial meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all activities and contacts in the CRM.
  • Track and organize candidate data for clients, update statuses, and manage relationships within the ATS.
  • Craft and send engaging outreach messages to passive candidates to gauge interest.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, calendar management, report preparation, and document organization.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or sourcing role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive tone.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn for sales and recruitment.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to quickly gather and synthesize information about prospects.
  • High resilience and comfort handling rejection and difficult conversations in sales.
  • Familiarity with standard office productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).

Work Mode
