Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing sales calls as part of daily tasks
- Identify and resolve issues while keeping accurate records
- Adhere to predefined scripts and follow internal operational procedures
- Ensure the workspace remains quiet and free from disruptions
Requirements
- Strong communication abilities and proficiency with computers
- Fluent English speaking and comprehension skills
- Demonstrated reliability and openness to feedback and coaching
- Commitment to attending all required training sessions, which may last up to two weeks
- Windows laptop with at least 8GB RAM, a Core i5 processor (4 cores), and a speed of 2.0GHz or higher
- Mac laptop with 8GB RAM, running Catalina or Big Sur, or equipped with an M1 chip, and a 2.0GHz+ processor
- Wired USB headset featuring a visible microphone; wireless headsets and AirPods are not permitted
- Internet connection through a wired LTE router powered by SIM card and connected via Ethernet cable
- Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot connections are not allowed
