We’re seeking a detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for a growing organization. In this fully remote role, you’ll drive recruitment efforts for technical positions across federal contracting, Healthcare IT, and other key sectors, ensuring alignment with project demands and compliance standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer extension, and candidate onboarding.
- Design targeted sourcing plans to meet evolving hiring timelines and technical requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled professionals to support current and future business development opportunities.
- Process high volumes of applications, keep applicant records accurate, and uphold EEO and regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, ideally within federal contracting, healthcare technology, or staffing.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
- Familiarity with employment regulations including EEO, OFCCP, ADA, and DOL guidelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Eligibility to obtain government clearance and residency within the continental U.S. required.
