- Repurpose long-form content into reusable assets for social media, email, sales, and partnership outreach
- Refine and edit content for clarity, tone, and structure, adapting it for different audiences and formats
- Manage content calendars and publishing workflows, ensuring timely delivery across multiple channels
- Test variations in messaging, format, and distribution to improve engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
- Support inbound growth by optimizing content for performance using HubSpot or similar CMS platforms
- Collaborate with designers on visual assets and, when needed, assist in editing short-form video content
- Contribute to PR, outreach, and co-marketing initiatives as needed

- At least two years of experience in content, social, or digital marketing roles, preferably in B2B, tech, or SaaS environments
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Proven experience with LinkedIn and other social platforms as growth channels
- Comfort working across formats including posts, carousels, newsletters, and short-form video
- Familiarity with publishing tools such as HubSpot and CMS platforms
- Ability to follow direction while also proposing data-informed improvements
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice-to-Have
- Experience supporting founder-led or expert-driven personal brands
- Background in performance marketing and A/B testing on LinkedIn or Google
- Hands-on experience creating or editing short-form video using tools like CapCut, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
- Interest in experimenting with new channels and distribution tactics
- Exposure to PR, media outreach, or co-marketing campaigns
- Strong editorial judgment and consistency across content formats
