As an Executive Recruiter, you will drive the entire recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based clients operating in high-demand sectors such as Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal. This remote, full-time position requires a self-starter who thrives in autonomy and values measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate directly with U.S. client teams to understand hiring needs and identify qualified candidates
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, and sourcing tools to proactively identify and engage executive-level talent
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate background, motivation, and alignment with roles
- Manage scheduling and logistics for interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties
- Write and publish job descriptions tailored to U.S. market standards and client expectations
- Maintain accurate records across applicant tracking systems and internal databases
- Develop innovative sourcing methods to expand access to diverse, high-caliber talent pools
- Deliver structured feedback after candidate interviews to support decision-making
- Build and nurture talent pipelines to reduce time-to-fill for ongoing and future roles
- Ensure all recruiting activities are documented promptly and thoroughly
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of one year of hands-on recruiting experience, with exposure to U.S. talent markets
- Strong written and spoken English skills for professional communication
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and common sourcing platforms
- Ability to work early morning or overnight hours to align with U.S. time zones
- Organized mindset with the initiative to manage multiple searches simultaneously
