About the Role
The Virtual Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, support workflow efficiency, and act as a key point of contact for client operations, working remotely within a global team structure.
Responsibilities
- Manage email correspondence and communications on behalf of clients
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
- Maintain and update digital calendars and task trackers
- Prepare and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Conduct research on topics as assigned by clients
- Track project deadlines and follow up on pending actions
- Organize and archive digital files and records
- Assist with travel planning and itinerary coordination
- Handle data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Support client onboarding processes and documentation
- Monitor and update task management systems
- Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external contacts
- Generate reports from collected data and summaries
- Assist in preparing materials for meetings and presentations
- Coordinate with team members to ensure task alignment
- Track time and activities for client billing purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with guidance
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) databases
- Support event planning logistics and follow-up tasks
Nice to Have
