Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings using Google Calendar
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings using Microsoft Outlook
- Draft and send emails, memos, and documents
- Prepare meeting notes and track follow-ups
- Maintain records in spreadsheets, CRMs, and project tools
- Organize files using Google Drive
- Organize files using Dropbox
- Organize files using Microsoft SharePoint
- Prepare reports and summaries for client review
- Conduct online research (competitors, vendors, market insights)
- Compile findings into clear summaries or presentations
- Support ad hoc tasks and small projects
- Respond to basic client inquiries or route to the right team
- Communicate with vendors and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders
- Assist with invoicing and expense tracking
- Support light bookkeeping (if required)
- Update project tools such as Asana
- Update project tools such as Trello
- Update project tools such as Notion
- Update project tools such as Monday.com
Requirements
- 1–2 years of Virtual Assistant experience
- 1–2 years of Administrative support
- 1–2 years of Remote operations roles
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong time management and organization
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet and remote setup
