The Flex Ventures is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our flexible accommodation business. You will be a key player in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication.
What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day operations of the flexible accommodation business

- Ensure smooth communication between teams
- Provide exceptional support to clients
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- A reliable mobile phone, laptop, and internet connection
- Availability to work weekends on a rotating basis
- Ability to work more than the normal working hours and extra days when needed
- A desire to commit to a long-term career with our company
