Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of high-value VIP clients, serving as their primary contact for all inquiries and support
  • Develop strong, lasting relationships by learning each client's unique interests, habits, and expectations
  • Initiate consistent communication through phone calls, digital channels, and in-person meetings when strategically beneficial
  • Travel to meet clients face-to-face to deepen trust, support retention, and maximize long-term value
  • Track client engagement and performance data to detect risks, opportunities, and behavioral patterns
  • Design and implement personalized offers and promotions to increase spending and engagement
  • Create exclusive, high-level experiences tailored to individual VIP preferences
  • Reconnect with inactive or disengaged clients using targeted reactivation strategies
  • Work closely with internal departments including CRM, promotions, product, payments, and support to ensure smooth service
  • Collect detailed feedback from VIPs and advocate for their needs to help refine and enhance the VIP program
