Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of high-value VIP clients, serving as their primary contact for all inquiries and support
- Develop strong, lasting relationships by learning each client's unique interests, habits, and expectations
- Initiate consistent communication through phone calls, digital channels, and in-person meetings when strategically beneficial
- Travel to meet clients face-to-face to deepen trust, support retention, and maximize long-term value
- Track client engagement and performance data to detect risks, opportunities, and behavioral patterns
- Design and implement personalized offers and promotions to increase spending and engagement
- Create exclusive, high-level experiences tailored to individual VIP preferences
- Reconnect with inactive or disengaged clients using targeted reactivation strategies
- Work closely with internal departments including CRM, promotions, product, payments, and support to ensure smooth service
- Collect detailed feedback from VIPs and advocate for their needs to help refine and enhance the VIP program
