What You'll Do
As a Utility crew member, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the scullery, ensuring all crockery is properly cleaned and stored. You’ll follow strict hygiene protocols and uphold the highest standards of sanitation throughout the service cycle. Your role supports seamless guest experiences by keeping back-of-house areas immaculate and operationally efficient.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in a kitchen, cleaning, or support role preferred
- Fully vaccinated with a WHO-approved COVID-19 vaccine
- Proficient in English for clear communication
- Able to stand for extended periods and walk frequently during shifts
- Capable of working independently while remaining attentive to guest needs
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential matters
- Maintain a neat appearance and high personal hygiene standards
- Flexible, resilient, and committed to teamwork under variable conditions
- No visible tattoos while in uniform
- Must hold an EU passport from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, or Poland — residents of these countries are not eligible
- Work hours may shift based on operational needs
