Purple Dot Digital Limited is looking for a Video Editor to join our remote team. You will craft long-form, story-driven videos designed to engage audiences and drive conversions. Your focus will be on building persuasive narratives and optimizing content based on performance data.
What You'll Do
- Edit and produce long-form videos (10–40+ minutes) with a clear focus on storytelling, structure, and conversion
- Analyze competitor videos, identify strong elements, and apply best practices to improve performance
- Build logical and persuasive video flow: hooks, problem presentation, solution, offer, and call-to-action
- Work with voiceovers, subtitles, B-roll, and motion graphics to keep videos dynamic and engaging
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, media buyers, and the marketing team to ensure alignment with campaign goals
- Optimize videos based on data (CTR, watch time, conversion rates), testing different versions and structures
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- Higher education
- Portfolio and experience sum-up in any digital format
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe Photoshop is a must)
- Experience in graphic design & video editing
- Strong creative thinking, decision making, problem-solving, communication & analytical skills
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian
Nice to Have
- Interest/experience in health, wellness, beauty (most tasks related to the health industry)
- Proficiency in utilizing AI technologies to enhance design and video editing processes
Technical Stack
