Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Creative Producer to lead the creation of innovative, social-first content for Gen Z and global youth audiences. In this remote UK role, you will transform briefs into creative concepts, guide production from idea to delivery, and ensure authentic content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, merging creativity with data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop social-first creative concepts and transform client briefs into engaging content strategies.
- Lead brainstorms, design scripts, shot lists, and repeatable content formats across entertainment, comedy, documentaries, and vox pops.
- Act as the creative voice throughout the production cycle, from directing on set to edit-producing final assets.
- Integrate strong platform mechanics from the start to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with talent managers, content creators, and influencers to deliver authentic and on-brand results.
- Utilize AI video and image tools to enhance content creation while staying ahead of cultural and viral trends.
- Partner with editorial, production, marketing, and insight teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Creative or Creative Producer within a social-first agency, digital publisher, or TV environment.
- Strong skills in shaping decks, storyboards, scripts, and edits while confidently pitching to internal teams and clients.
- Platform-native expertise across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, Facebook, and X.
- Ability to leverage insights and data to refine hooks, improve retention, and drive organic growth.
- Deep understanding of youth culture, internet trends, pop culture, and social good initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro and After Effects), Canva, Google tools, or PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with generative AI, basic camera skills, and a top-line grasp of budgets and schedules.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
