About the Role
Skilled video editor specializing in high-converting Meta ad creatives for DTC e-commerce brands, with expertise in direct-response editing, hook psychology, and UGC-style performance ads.
Responsibilities
- Edit video advertisements optimized for conversions on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
- Develop persuasive video sales letter (VSL) style creatives designed to drive action
- Produce user-generated content (UGC) style ads tailored for paid acquisition campaigns
- Transform creative briefs, raw footage, and proven messaging angles into effective conversion-focused videos
- Follow established standard operating procedures and creative production workflows
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to align on goals and execution
- Support continuous creative testing by refining hooks, narrative structures, and top-performing concepts
- Scale successful ad creatives through rapid, high-quality editing and output
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience editing video ads for direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands
- Hands-on background in producing paid social creatives specifically for Meta platforms
- Portfolio that clearly features performance-driven ad content
- Solid knowledge of direct-response video editing principles
- Strong grasp of hook creation and the psychological elements that drive engagement
- Familiarity with video sales letter (VSL) format and structure
- Understanding of pacing and retention strategies used in UGC-style ads
- Ability to create ads focused on conversion metrics rather than visual appeal alone
- Capacity to work full-time in a structured, high-volume production environment
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to team workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience working with brands in the fitness, wellness, or consumer product sectors
- Proficiency with project management and creative workflow tools such as ClickUp
- Background in fast-paced teams that rapidly test and iterate ad creatives

Additional Information
- This position is exclusively for candidates with direct experience editing Meta ads for DTC e-commerce brands
- Applicants with backgrounds in general video editing, organic content, podcasts, weddings, YouTube, or non-DTC video production will not be considered
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant Meta-focused DTC ad work is mandatory for application review
- Working hours are set from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Dubai Time (GST), including a one-hour break
- Portfolio Requirement: Candidates must be able to submit a portfolio containing Meta-focused creatives, multiple examples of DTC e-commerce ads, and work similar in style to the provided video references
