Job Type: Full-Time Location: 100% Remote Timezone: UK(BST) About the job The Opportunity: - Work with one of the biggest rising health and wellness podcasts in the UK. - We were in the top 1% of videos watched on Spotify last year - The 2025 most shared show on Spotify - The 2025 most-watched show on Spotify - Just about to hit 100K on YouTube in one year - We are ready to supercharge our growth with a new editor. - This is a really cool and unique opportunity to lead the video and audio editor role and have your work seen by millions of people. - Please note that completing a task is required as part of the application process. - Easy apply candidates will be ignored. In a typical week you will deliver: - A 1 hour podcast video edit for YouTube & Spotify - An engaging 1-minute podcast trailer - Short form clips for social - Contribute suggested titles & thumbnails for YouTube You will be a video editing obsessive with the following profile: - A deep interest in what makes great podcast and social content - Understanding of hooks, cliffhangers, and storytelling techniques to capture and retain attention - Video editing proficiency in colour grading, subtitling, sound and Adobe suite - Ability to create super engaging trailers & social clips (for example see edits for the The Diary of a CEO) - Comfortable using After Effects - Super fast internet - Powerful laptop or workstation to handle 4k video editing This job would suit someone: - Obsessed with constant improvement and making a show better every week - Someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude looking to push the podcast video medium to the next level - Someone who loves making high quality content that will be seen by millions - A YouTube and podcast obsessive - A winner who wants to work in a fast growing company - A highly organised individual who requires little day to day supervision - An effective communicator - We're open to both full time or contractor applicants About us - We're a young, fun, fast-growing company - We want to help support people in the world of health confusion but making it easier and more accessible for people to take control and support their health - We're creators at heart and love using storytelling to make people stop, think, learn & laugh - We interview some of the most inspiring people in the world - We’re a very small but supportive team, who want to see you flourish.
