Responsibilities
- Engage in senior-level leadership activities including strategic planning, operational oversight, and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Work closely with multiple departments to align on business strategy and execution
- Lead and guide the core Evidence Generation and HEOR teams in delivering high-quality scientific and economic services globally
- Direct the prioritization, staffing, and successful delivery of Value Demonstration and Economic Modeling (VDEM) projects
- Support the expansion of current HEOR offerings and the development of new service capabilities
- Drive revenue performance through client engagement and support scientific teams in project execution and sales initiatives
- Identify new business prospects and strengthen long-term client relationships by offering tailored technical and strategic insights
- Oversee multiple client accounts and associated revenue streams concurrently
- Manage internal and external communications to advance departmental and organizational objectives
- Recruit, develop, and retain skilled professionals within and beyond the current VDEM team
- Collaborate with leadership to make informed staffing decisions based on capacity, utilization, and project pipeline
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development support for VDEM team members, including onboarding and growth planning
- Encourage team members to actively manage their professional development and performance goals
