KIND is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Performance & Evaluation to lead and advance the strategic assessment of our Global Legal Representation, Assistance, and Litigation programs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing evaluation frameworks that measure impact and drive programmatic excellence.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement comprehensive evaluation strategies for KIND's global legal programs.
- Develop performance metrics and measurement systems to assess program effectiveness and impact.
- Lead the analysis of program data to generate insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Build and manage evaluation processes that ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with program leadership to translate evaluation findings into actionable recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in strategic performance evaluation, program assessment, or a related analytical field.
- Expertise in designing and managing monitoring and evaluation frameworks for complex social service or legal programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data.
- Demonstrated leadership in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates should be based in or able to work from Washington, DC.
