About the Role

Resolve Tech Solutions is hiring a Vice President of SAP Sales & Go-To-Market Transformation to spearhead the strategy, growth, and execution of our SAP business. As a key executive, you will be accountable for pipeline development, revenue generation, and leading sales transformation across our SAP portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a unified SAP go-to-market strategy across all sales teams.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to field sellers, identifying SAP-aligned opportunities and guiding deal progression.
  • Define and articulate a compelling SAP value proposition across implementation, AMS, advisory, and resale services.
  • Own a personal SAP sales target (Total Contract Value), with an expectation of generating $10M in bookings within the first year.
  • Identify white space within existing accounts and collaborate with account teams to expand SAP footprints.
  • Lead direct sales efforts for net-new SAP business, both independently and in partnership with field resources.
  • Provide direct oversight of the SAP sales and pre-sales team, initially managing two direct reports.
  • Assess and grow team capacity as justified by pipeline and performance.
  • Partner on the hiring of a Solutions Director and collaborate with delivery leadership to ensure execution readiness.
  • Strengthen RTS’s relationships with SAP America, SAP NS2, and regional SAP stakeholders.
  • Drive RTS toward resale certification to enable access to CCF funding and SAP incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners such as SAIC, Accenture, and Deloitte on joint SAP pursuits.
  • Expand RTS’s current $3M–$4M SAP business into a larger share of the $50M ERP modernization portfolio.
  • Pursue transformation-led engagements, software-first deal structuring, and process-centric assessments to drive service adoption.
  • Engage internal and third-party advisory teams to support strategic, value-based sales approaches.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales or consulting experience, with a strong track record in SAP business development.
  • Experience selling complex SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, AMS, advisory, and/or resale engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead revenue-producing teams and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Familiarity with SAP ecosystem incentives, funding programs, and alliance structures.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience working with public sector entities and SAP NS2.
  • Background in building or transforming GTM organizations within growth-stage or consulting environments.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent business leadership experience.
