CenterWell Home Health, a Humana company, is looking for an RN Branch Director to lead our home health operations in Stockbridge, GA. You will manage day-to-day branch functions to ensure operational efficiency, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop, plan, implement, analyze, and organize all branch operations.
- Ensure quality care delivery by providing supervision and support to Clinical Manager(s).
- Work with Area Director of Operations/AVP of Operations and Finance to establish revenue and budget goals.
- Maintain efficient office operations and a safe working environment per company policy.
- Conduct continuous quality improvement meetings and review patient satisfaction data.
- Communicate with Area Director of Operations/AVP of Operations for direction and problem-solving.
- Partner with Sales Directors and Account Manager(s) to meet budgeted admission goals and participate in sales initiatives.
- Recruit, interview, hire staff, and monitor quality care and organizational performance.
- Ensure branch meets all applicable Federal, State, and local certification and licensure laws.
- Assist other disciplines in coordinating activities to ensure continuity and quality of services.
What We're Looking For
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- At least one year of management experience in a home care, hospice, or equivalent environment.
- Home health experience.
- Management and people leadership experience.
- Revenue/Fiscal management experience.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Nice to Have
- OASIS experience.
- OASIS certification (HCS-O, COQS, and/or COS-C).
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience.
- CMS PDGM billing knowledge and/or experience.
- Ability to manage multi-millions in revenue.

Team & Environment
You will lead the daily operations of a branch with a census of 600+, supervising branch and clinical staff. You'll report to the Director, Area Home Health Branch Administration.
