The Huntington National Bank is hiring an Operations Team Lead to support upper management in a demanding, fast-paced environment. This role requires high efficiency in time management, prioritization, effective communication, and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and upper management with regular communication.
- Provide direction and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure team members are motivated and engaged in their work.
- Train talent and develop process materials to promote continuous improvement.
- Perform daily managerial functions when the manager is on PTO.
- Assist with the preparation for meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate with other departments or teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks or issues that may impact team success.
- Plan and oversee timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in appraisal operations.
Nice to Have
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Training or experience in leadership and team management.
- Basic comprehension of appraisals, contracts, inspections, and other related documents.
- Complete understanding of CMS, NETOX, WEBLGY and other relevant systems.
