Unknown Company is hiring a RN Branch Director, Home Health

About the Role

CenterWell Home Health, a Humana company, is looking for an RN Branch Director to lead the day-to-day operations and long-range planning for our branch in Thomasville, GA. This role ensures fiscal viability, regulatory compliance, quality of patient care, and supports business growth in the home health sector.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, plan, implement, analyze, and organize all branch operations.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of care for all patients by providing supervision and support to Clinical Managers.
  • Work with leadership and Finance to establish the branch's revenue and budget goals.
  • Maintain efficient, productive, and organized office operations providing a safe working environment.
  • Conduct quarterly quality improvement meetings, review patient satisfaction data, and follow up on concerns.
  • Partner with Sales Directors and Account Managers to meet budgeted admission goals and participate in sales initiatives.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and monitor the performance of branch staff.
  • Ensure the branch meets all applicable Federal, State, and local laws regarding certification and licensure.

What We're Looking For

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Two years as an RN with at least one year of management experience in home care, hospice, or an equivalent environment.
  • Home health and people leadership experience are required.
  • Required experience includes: OASIS, Homecare Homebase (HCHB), CMS PDGM billing, and revenue/fiscal management.
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nice to Have

  • OASIS certification (HCS-O, COQS, and/or COS-C).
  • Ability to manage multi-millions in revenue.

Team & Environment

You will supervise all branch and clinical staff for a branch with a census of 270+ and report to the Director of Area Home Health Branch Administration.
