Kyndryl is looking for a Customer Partner for the Insurance sector. This Account Management Partner role focuses on building and maintaining deep client relationships, driving proactive growth, and acting as a strategic partner for Kyndryl's most important clients.
What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and develop deep connections with clients, presenting Kyndryl's appeal and building trust with top executives.
- Drive proactive client growth by selling new services, minimizing renewal declines, and ensuring key clients continue to develop.
- Act as a strategic planner responsible for formulating and executing cutting-edge client strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities with sharp insight and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Provide customized solutions that meet each client's unique needs.
- Collaborate closely with other sales team members to achieve a seamless client management process from initial prospecting through deal closure and beyond.
- Manage one or more portfolio accounts or strategic accounts, and be a driving force for generating new opportunities and expanding existing business into larger scopes or new functions.
- Build a strong Go-to-Market pipeline with partners to pursue and win new deals.
- Manage client P&L, ensuring client satisfaction and striving for client success.
- Ensure client compliance and maintain excellent corporate reputation with integrity.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in client P&L management.
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- Proven experience managing the sales process end-to-end.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risk-related areas.
- Ability to take an unbiased, empathetic approach in client relationships.
