TaxValet is hiring a Vice President of Sales - APJ to be the primary architect of growth and strategic leader for all sales operations across the Asia-Pacific and Japan regions. Your mission is to scale our market presence by leading a diverse, high-performing team across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments, managing both direct and partner-led channels.
What You'll Do
- Drive sustainable, predictable revenue growth.
- Establish TaxValet as the gold standard for conversational commerce in the APJ region.
- Lead all sales operations across the Asia-Pacific and Japan regions.
- Scale market presence by leading a diverse, high-performing team across Enterprise, Mid-Market (MM), and SMB segments.
- Manage both direct and partner-led sales channels.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of professional experience in SaaS/Cloud sales.
- At least 7-10 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing multi-country regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A documented history of overachieving quotas and scaling regional revenues from mid-eight to nine figures in a high-growth environment.
- Deep knowledge of the SaaS landscape, with the ability to articulate complex AI-driven value propositions and ROI.
- Expert-level proficiency in modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling).
- Commitment to data-driven pipeline management via Salesforce.
- Demonstrable experience in building both direct sales engines and indirect partner/channel ecosystems simultaneously.
- A proactive, results-oriented leader who thrives in ambiguous environments.
- Capable of translating 'the future of AI' into clear business outcomes for executive stakeholders.
- A passion for building diverse teams and a 'success is shared' mentality.
Nice to Have
- APJ regional experience preferred.
- An MBA or equivalent practical executive experience is highly regarded.
