SmartRecruiters Inc is hiring a Vice President, Product Marketing to join our Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the CMO, you will own how we show up in the market, leading the global Product Marketing function as the strategic translator between market trends, customer needs, and our product portfolio during integration with SAP SuccessFactors.
What You'll Do
- Define the global vision and strategy for Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Channel Marketing to drive company growth and market category leadership.
- Own the development and framework for all core product positioning, value messaging, and competitive narratives across all channels and GTM motions.
- Lead the creation of product packaging, pricing, and naming strategies to align the portfolio with market needs and maximize revenue.
- Direct the overall Go-to-Market strategy and execution for all major product releases and launches.
- Act as the primary PMM representative on the ELT, partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leadership to influence roadmaps and ensure GTM readiness.
- Oversee the Customer Marketing function, leveraging customer stories and insights for market impact and developing strategies for retention and upsell.
- Establish the strategy for enabling growth through strategic sales channels, co-creating programs for partner and indirect sales motions.
- Drive the Competitive Intelligence practice to arm the GTM organization with insights for high-value deals.
- Serve as a public-facing spokesperson and market evangelist at industry events, with media, customers, and partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed, high-performing Product Marketing organization.
What We're Looking For
- Deep, executive-level experience in Product Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success in managing a product portfolio and driving high-impact GTM strategy.
- Expertise in strategic Pricing & Packaging, Positioning and Messaging, and developing global segmentation and persona strategies.
- Proven ability to operate at the ELT level, driving cross-functional projects and communicating complex strategy to executive stakeholders.
- A track record of building and leading high-performing teams across Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and/or Channel Marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to serve as a public-facing spokesperson.
