Brentwood Associates is seeking a Vice President / Principal for its Growth & Operations Team to accelerate value creation across our portfolio of B2B SaaS and software companies. You will partner with management teams to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational scalability, acting as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on operator.
What You'll Do
- Rapidly diagnose and overhaul go-to-market engines across the portfolio within the first 30–60 days of each new investment.
- Build and execute 100-day GTM acceleration plans that typically deliver 20–50% improvement in revenue growth or capital efficiency.
- Redesign pricing & packaging, introduce or fix product-led growth motions, and implement ABM/demand-generation playbooks that scale.
- Design and implement integrated revenue technology stacks.
- Install forecasting rigor, pipeline coverage rules, territory design, quota setting, and deal desk governance.
- Create a single source of truth for all revenue data and train leadership teams to run the business off real-time dashboards.
- Partner with portfolio CEOs and boards to create and pressure-test Value Creation Plans with clear, measurable GTM and productivity levers.
- Install OKRs, weekly revenue cadences, talent scorecards, and accountability structures.
- Lead functional talent upgrades: assess existing GTM leaders, create succession plans, and recruit proven replacements when needed.
- Evaluate and evolve Customer Success org structures, coverage models, and compensation to drive expansion revenue.
- Implement customer health scoring, renewal forecasting, QBR processes, and tech-touch motions to increase Net Revenue Retention.
- Partner with CEOs and Chief Product Officers to refine product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and feature-level pricing/upsell opportunities.
- Lead packaging and tiering exercises that improve win rates, average contract value, and expansion potential.
- Identify and validate adjacent markets, new buyer personas, or PLG features that can expand total addressable market or open new GTM channels.
- Drive product-led growth transformations when appropriate, including self-serve sign-up, in-app adoption loops, and viral mechanics.

- Proven experience in building high-performance organizations and implementing best practices to create tangible impact in B2B SaaS or software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a full GTM diagnostic and execute complex operational initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers, deals, and aggressive growth initiatives.
- Excellent partnership and communication skills to work effectively with CEOs, boards, and cross-functional leadership.
