Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; HR designation is preferred
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior enterprise and Business Unit-facing roles
- Experience in complex, multi-site, and multi-jurisdictional (Canada, US, and International) organizations
- Proven leadership through large-scale change, transformation, or M&A and business integration
- Strategic and commercial acumen with a strong enterprise mindset and ability to think systemically and long-term
- Ability to drive enterprise results by connecting people, leadership, culture, and strategy
- Executive-level influencing, coaching, and communication capabilities with the ability to lead across boundaries without formal authority
- Proven capability in building organizational and leadership capacity, developing enterprise talent, and collaborating across complex internal and external ecosystems
- Strong judgment in employee relations, ethics, and risk management; data-driven decision making; and resilient change leadership in complex environments
- Eligibility to travel up to 25% of the time in Canada or the U.S.
