About the Role

The role involves building and executing a scalable sales strategy to accelerate commercial adoption of satellite technologies and space-based solutions. The candidate will lead customer acquisition, manage key accounts, and align sales execution with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities in commercial and government sectors
  • Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and long-term customer agreements
  • Build and manage a high-performance sales team with clear performance metrics
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align offerings with market needs
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers in aerospace and defense industries
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted outreach
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies based on market feedback
  • Represent the company at industry events and strategic partner meetings
  • Create forecasting models to project revenue and pipeline development
  • Ensure compliance with federal contracting and export control regulations
  • Translate technical capabilities into customer-focused value propositions
  • Manage sales operations, including CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product lines and services
  • Support executive leadership in shaping long-term business development goals
