About the Role

Jobgether is hiring a Vice President of Marketing to own the enterprise-wide marketing strategy for our diverse portfolio of hospitality properties. This senior executive role is responsible for leading brand development, digital engagement, and loyalty initiatives to drive revenue and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead enterprise marketing strategy, brand positioning, and storytelling across all properties.
  • Drive digital marketing, paid media, CRM, loyalty, and guest engagement programs to maximize awareness and revenue.
  • Partner with executive leadership to integrate marketing initiatives with commercial and operational goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and KPIs, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop marketing talent at corporate and property levels.
  • Lead marketing initiatives for property repositioning, renovations, and brand transitions.
  • Oversee strategic partnerships with agencies, media, and influencers to amplify brand presence.
  • Ensure marketing investments are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with long-term growth objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years in senior multi-property or corporate roles.
  • Proven track record in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brand marketing, including brand growth, demand generation, and market positioning.
  • Experience influencing executive-level decisions and working with ownership groups.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, CRM, CMS, social media, SEO/SEM, analytics, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional creative, analytical, strategic thinking, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly for property visits, meetings, and industry events.
  • High executive presence, communication, and influencing skills.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or advanced degree.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate with executive leadership, operations, and commercial teams and oversee marketing talent at both corporate and property levels.
