About the Role

Jobgether is seeking a Head of Marketing to build our marketing function from the ground up and lead the full growth engine. You will operate in a fast-moving, high-impact environment, taking direct ownership of acquisition, funnel optimization, content strategy, and lifecycle marketing while shaping growth experiments.

What You'll Do

  • Lead acquisition and performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic channels.
  • Own the paid growth strategy end-to-end: research, bidding, creative testing, attribution modeling, and conversion optimization.
  • Design and optimize landing pages and user journeys, leveraging SEO tools and A/B testing for better conversion.
  • Develop innovative creative strategies and write high-performing copy for ads, landing pages, blogs, case studies, and guides.
  • Oversee organic content strategy, including keyword research, publishing, and backlink building.
  • Build and manage lifecycle flows across email, CRM, and automation platforms to improve onboarding, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Run scrappy, low-cost experiments to validate new channels and scale what works.
  • Drive co-marketing partnerships, influencer programs, affiliate campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Support growth operations, including hiring, documentation, and process building.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong background in B2B performance marketing.
  • Proven track record taking a SaaS business from early-stage growth to significant ARR milestones.
  • Strong understanding of funnel optimization, paid acquisition, CRO, SEO, and content strategy.
  • Hands-on experience managing ad budgets across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Skilled in leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to increase efficiency.
  • Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as GA4, PostHog, and campaign managers.
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing, email deliverability, and CRM integration with ad and product platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting and design instincts, with the ability to create or direct high-quality creatives.
  • Ability to work at speed, move from concept to execution rapidly, and thrive in a high-autonomy environment.
