Jobgether is looking for a Branch Manager to lead and grow a remote care branch team in the UK. You will be responsible for the daily operations, ensuring smooth delivery of care services while driving compliance, quality, and efficiency. This role makes a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality services that improve lives.

What You'll Do

Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring care services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Lead, support, and grow a dedicated team of care workers, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Oversee recruitment, training, and workforce planning to maintain adequate staffing levels.
Monitor performance and service quality, implementing improvements where needed.
Take responsibility for financial and operational performance, including budgeting and resource management.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a manager within the care sector, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Solid understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks relevant to community care services.
Strong business management and commercial awareness, including budgeting and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients, staff, and regulators.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
A genuine passion for improving the quality of care in the community.
