Jobgether is looking for a Branch Manager to lead and grow a remote care branch team in the UK. You will be responsible for the daily operations, ensuring smooth delivery of care services while driving compliance, quality, and efficiency. This role makes a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality services that improve lives.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring care services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Lead, support, and grow a dedicated team of care workers, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and workforce planning to maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor performance and service quality, implementing improvements where needed.
- Take responsibility for financial and operational performance, including budgeting and resource management.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a manager within the care sector, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks relevant to community care services.
- Strong business management and commercial awareness, including budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients, staff, and regulators.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- A genuine passion for improving the quality of care in the community.
