About the Role
This position leads high-stakes financial transactions, manages client relationships, and supports deal execution in a fast-paced environment. The individual will oversee deal structuring, financial analysis, and advisory services for corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of mergers and acquisitions
- Manage financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Develop client presentations and pitch materials
- Oversee due diligence processes
- Coordinate with legal and tax advisors
- Negotiate transaction terms
- Maintain relationships with C-suite executives
- Identify new business development opportunities
- Supervise junior team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare information memoranda and offering documents
- Coordinate with equity and debt capital markets
- Manage timelines for transaction closings
- Provide strategic advisory on corporate restructuring
- Support cross-border deals
- Drive fundraising initiatives for private equity clients
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes
- Present recommendations to senior management
- Assist in firm-wide practice development
- Maintain accurate deal records and reporting
