Responsibilities
- Provide high-level strategic guidance to key clients on social media, digital platforms, and influencer engagement within corporate, public affairs, crisis, and regulated sectors.
- Develop comprehensive, data-informed strategies spanning owned social channels, executive presence, employee advocacy, creator collaborations, earned media amplification, and performance tracking.
- Advise clients and internal teams during complex situations involving cultural sensitivity, reputation management, legal scrutiny, and stakeholder expectations.
- Design and manage executive social media initiatives, including LinkedIn planning, tone of voice, content calendars, governance frameworks, and impact measurement.
- Create and supervise employee advocacy and employee creator programs, covering training, content guidelines, approval workflows, risk controls, and performance analysis.
- Develop and oversee influencer and content creator strategies aligned with corporate goals, including selection, due diligence, contracting, content co-creation, disclosure compliance, and performance optimization.
- Lead social media planning during crisis or sensitive issue periods, collaborating with crisis response, public affairs, media relations, legal, and analytics teams to mitigate risk and inform decisions.
- Convert research findings, audience insights, data analytics, and cultural trends into strategic recommendations, briefing materials, and client-facing narratives.
- Collaborate with creative, media, analytics, public affairs, crisis management, and legal teams to execute integrated campaigns with precision and quality.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for escalated client matters, managing intricate stakeholder dynamics and ensuring team alignment and momentum.
- Lead, coach, and motivate cross-functional teams, promoting teamwork, ownership, and professional development.
- Support financial oversight, including project scoping, team resourcing, budget planning, and delivery within financial targets.
- Contribute to account growth, business development, pitch preparation, thought leadership, and practice innovation.
