Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive communications strategies in collaboration with agency and client teams
  • Provide strategic guidance and maintain strong communication with clients and their leadership teams
  • Foster and sustain relationships with leading media outlets across business, national and local broadcast, multicultural, and lifestyle sectors
  • Stay deeply engaged with current media trends and cultural dynamics, including issues that could affect clients
  • Engage client projects with inquisitiveness, aiming to understand brand identity, competitive landscape, and industry trends
  • Create timely and impactful narratives, both proactively and in response to developments, to secure media coverage
  • Formulate strategic earned media plans and produce high-quality content such as pitches, press releases, and messaging frameworks
  • Consistently deliver precise, high-quality work with a focus on client needs and meticulous attention to detail
  • Work closely with internal and cross-agency teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of large-scale campaigns
  • Guide and support the growth of junior staff through direct mentorship, constructive feedback, and career development
  • Support the pursuit of new business by contributing to proposals and client pitches
