Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of strategic, solution-oriented programs and oversee the execution of detailed tactical plans
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent guidance and advisory support
  • Enable seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams including strategy, creative, media, and analytics
  • Bridge communication between client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment
  • Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation using deep industry expertise to surpass client expectations
  • Oversee client financial performance and ensure project profitability
  • Coordinate efforts with external agency partners to ensure cohesive service delivery
  • Navigate and resolve conflicts involving internal teams, clients, and partner agencies effectively
  • Manage team resourcing and staffing plans to maintain high-quality project outcomes
  • Contribute to agency growth by supporting new business initiatives and internal development
