Every is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our certified AI education institute. You will be the first point of contact for companies exploring our 'KI Leader' training, identifying their needs and booking high-quality appointments for our closing team.

What You'll Do

  • Contact target companies via phone, primarily reaching C-level executives, to generate interest in our AI training programs.
  • Identify specific AI training needs, present the program's benefits, and schedule qualified consultation appointments for the closing team.
  • Document all conversation outcomes and activities in the CRM system and contribute your sales experience to optimize our processes.
  • Serve as the first contact person for inbound leads who have booked introductory meetings through our website.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 6 months of proven, successful experience in B2B cold calling.
  • Strong communication skills, persistence, and a genuine enjoyment of professional selling.
  • Self-motivated and structured work style, capable of organizing your own success from a home office.
  • A future-oriented mindset and a desire to be part of an innovative AI education initiative.
  • Solid technical knowledge and professional equipment (microphone, camera, lighting) for effective remote video calls.
