Customer Segment: Specialized retail, wholesale, gastronomy, exclusive department stores
Sales Territory: Negotiable, such as Southern Germany (Baden-Württemberg / Bavaria)
Work Location: Mobile (customer visits), office, home office, flexible working

Tasks:
- Active existing customer management (telephone and on-site field service) including consultation, support, and point-of-sale sales activity promotion
- Dedicated new customer acquisition in specialized retail/wholesale and hospitality within defined sales territory, responsible for entire sales process
- Conducting product tastings and local presentations
- Collaborating closely with internal interfaces (marketing, internal sales)
- Continuous development of trustworthy customer relationships and business contacts
- Market and competitive landscape observation/analysis to identify emerging trends and sales potential
- Participation in trade fairs, industry and customer events, business networking
- Documenting sales activities in CRM system
- Reporting sales activities and sales pipeline
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive wine knowledge with ability to inspire others about exclusive wine selections
- Commercial/hospitality academic or professional training, or comparable professional experience
- Experience in comparable B2B field sales, preferably in wine/beverage sector
- Passionate salesperson capable of convincing through personality, wine enthusiasm, and product expertise
- Sommelier certification or wine professional qualification would be advantageous
- High customer service orientation combined with negotiation skills and sales finesse
- Business management competence, entrepreneurial thinking, organizational strength, independent working style
- Excellent communication skills and representative appearance
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM system knowledge beneficial
- Excellent German language skills, English skills advantageous
- Driver's license and high travel willingness within sales region
